Executive Director
Anthony Sellers
Anthony is a co-founder of HARTT and has a Master's Degree in Education Psychology. He is a certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner and is WhyTry certified. Anthony has worked with children facing trauma and behavioral struggles since 2019 and has pastored in Walker County for 15 years.

Administrative Manager/Program Coordinator
Megan Bolton
Megan has a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education with 16 years of experience in education and youth services. She serves as the Administrative Manager and Juvenile Diversion Program Coordinator. Megan is a certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner and is WhyTry certified.

Program Coordinator/Billing Manager
Angela Myers
Angela is a certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner as well as Nurturing Parenting Program. She has five years of experience in social services and twenty-five years of experience with children and youth. She is the DHR Program Coordinator. Angela specializes in DHR relations including foster child advocacy, family reunification, and parenting and life skills. Her life experience, attitude of excellence, and love for people empowers families to learn, heal, and create healthy futures.

Therapist
Romalyn Aaron
(MA, ALC, ADC) - Romalyn has a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling and is an Associate Licensed Counselor. She is also certified in Alcohol and Drug Counseling. Romalyn is currently working on her Doctorate in Traumatology and has worked as a counselor since retiring from the Army in 2013.

Administrative Assistant/Family Support Specialist
Stephanie Dugger
Stephanie is a Walker County Native who loves her family and giving back to the community. Stephanie's previous work in the justice system provides her with knowledge and skills that make her an asset to both our clients and our administrative team. She serves a dual role as Family Support Specialist.

Family Support Specialist
Angie Humphries
Angie is a Walker County native with a background in the medical field. She specializes in family relations and enjoys working with kids who need support in building relationships. Angie is community-minded and loves having the opportunity to give back by helping children and families bridge gaps, make connections, and build brighter futures.

Kristi Taylor
Kristi is a Yucca Valley, California but has built her family and career in Walker County. She is passionate about giving back to the community that has accepted her as one of their own. Kristi has a background in the medical field and loves teaching, guiding, and nurturing youth to help lead them towards a prosperous future.

Behavioral Interventionist
Mick Crump
Mick has a background in social work and education. He is currently finishing a counseling degree and is passionate about giving a voice to youth and helping them overcome trauma. Mick believes in the power of strong relationships and goal setting and works to help teens develop these skills.

Program Director
Tina Aaron
Tina is a co-founder of HARTT and has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. She is a certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner and is WhyTry certified. She has worked in social and youth services for 30 years. Tina is an experienced leader and program director and specializes in community engagement.

Program Coordinator
Linda Sides
Linda is a certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner and is WhyTry certified. She is the program coodinator for school services and therapy. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders from the University of Alabama. Linda previously worked in banking and the legal field; this is her sixth year in the non-profit sector serving youth and families.

Clinical Director
Pam Robinson
LPC - Pam is a licensed professional counselor who has worked extensively with adolescents and adults for almost 12 years. She has considerable work experience, life experience, and supervision that allows her to empathize with others to help them become the best version of themselves. Pam specializes in adolescents, adults, depression, and relationship issues.

Therapist
Misty Whisenhunt
(LPC, YMHFA, CMSI) - Misty is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has an Ed.S. in Counseling Education. Misty is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organization Change and Leadership. She has worked in public schools for seventeen years and enjoys helping children of all ages.

Family Support Specialist
Summar Poff-Wilson
Summar is a veteran of the United States Air Force and has ten years of experience with foster care. She has a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. Summar plans to continue social work beyond graduation, using her knowledge to support families with young children.

Family Support Specialist
Hope Reeves
Hope lives in Jasper and has a background in community service, childcare, and teaching. She is self-disciplined, positive, and friendly and loves working with clients to promote healthy relationships. Hope is in pursuit of a psychology degree to further her knowledge and skills in supporting families in Walker County and beyond.

Behavioral Interventionist
Brad Edwards
Brad has a bachelor's degree in Communication Management and a master's in Education History. He owns and operates a sports training facility and has worked in youth services for 15 years. Brad specializes in helping children and teens repair self-esteem and develop confidence.
